The article considers the essence of subject – relationship. author proved that creative cooperation, interaction, in which is based on subject-subject relationship, aimed at a deeper reflection one's own world and its enrichment with another person. analysis presented by allows us to understand value relationships for teacher as his ability be significant person development future specialist. In this context, teacher's relationship students value-meaning-oriented activity find not only meaning but also life. Not from standpoint «internal dialogic consciousness» during interaction Dialogic consciousness involves empathic perception features, «deep» penetration into human world. At heart between student dialogue. participants dialogue are state understanding. Dialogue involves: interest subjectivity, desire know peculiarities worldview, values, attitudes provides an opportunity involvement worlds internalize their views, positions student's worldview. Its participants. process such there self-realization «I-concept» both student. present oneself important teacher. And knowledge taught, pedagogical skills, openness hobbies.
